If so, The EPICENTER’s Case Manager may be able to help with resources from Harford County! Our Case Manager meets with persons facing poverty, homelessness, or other challenges like those listed above. She then makes referrals to resources from The EPICENTER and other community groups that can help address their specific needs.

Past Case Management Program clients have found permanent supportive housing, ongoing employment, mental health support, addiction support, and other essential resources that have helped them journey toward a fuller quality of life with our Case Manager’s assistance! Through The EPICENTER’s Case Management Program, we can additionally offer free bus vouchers, laundry vouchers, professional and everyday clothing, and other items to help clients meet basic needs through the year, although these items are available on a limited basis.
